Renewing Your LCA Membership has never been easier!

Here are a couple helpful tips:
Donations: If you wish to make a donation, type in the donation amount in the quantity and the form will update.
Completion: Click SUBMIT when you've filled out the form. You will be redirected to PayPal.com once you hit submit. You can either log into your PayPal account or pay with a card of you do not have PayPal. No need to enter the LCA web address, this is already connected to our PayPal account.
For directions on mailing in a PAPER form and including a check, scroll down. Pleas note you only have to submit 1 form.
